Police are out in force ready to stop Blockade Australia climate activists from any illegal disruptions.

The group is planning to cause “mass disruptions” across Sydney this week.

Officers are carrying out patrols of key sites and mainly around the Harbour Bridge.

Premier Dominic Perrotett has told Ben Fordham: “These people are bloody idiots, and they will face the full force of the law”.

2GB Senior Reporter Clinton Maynard told Ben Fordham, the activists are heading towards the Harbour Bridge and not stopping.

Demonstrators are dragging bins and dumping them on the roads.

A listener has reported that the Sydney Harbour Tunnel is closed due to Blockade Australia protests.

It’s believed a white car is blocking the entrance.

22-year-old activist, Mali has currently locked herself to her steering wheel and is blocking the Harbour Tunnel.

There are massive delays backing up to the Lane Cove Tunnel.
