Blacktown woman, 73, allegedly scammed out of thousands in ‘blessing ritual’

A 73-year-old woman was allegedly convinced to hand over jewellery worth tens of thousands of dollars near a Blacktown shopping centre in October 2024, as part of a “spiritual blessing scam.”
Police are now seeking public help to identify three women captured on CCTV whom they believe are connected to the incident.
