Senator Sarah Hanson-Young wore a dress with the words “End gas and coal” painted on it.

Adam Bandt’s wife Claudia Perkins wore a similar dress with the words “coal kills, gas kills” painted in red.

“I find this rather bizarre,” Ben said.
