Bill Shorten has told Chris O’Keefe why the government put $228 million into Services Australia, revealing Federal Labor intends to announce more measures as soon as this week on cost-of-living and social services.

Chris also thanked the Minister for his efforts to help out 2GB listeners who were struggling with months-long Centrelink claims.
