Ben Fordham has reconnected with someone he admits had a big impact on his life from a young age.

Ben’s Year 5 school teacher, Mr Patterson, is retiring but not before seeing his former student.

“You were something special in my life,” Ben admitted.

“Everybody listening will have had at least one teacher who changed their life and you changed mine.”
