Ben Fordham has surprised Baz Luhrmann’s high school English teacher with a special invitation!

Listener Sharon contacted Ben Fordham to help connect her friend, Ann Leverment, with her former pupil Baz Luhrmann.

Ben and Entertainment Reporter Richard Wilkins have organised for Ann to attend the Sydney premiere of Luhrmann’s Elvis at the State Theatre.

The 79-year-old told Ben Fordham the famous director had a “natural talent” from a young age.
