Ben Fordham has taken a look back at Labor’s history of dealing with people-smuggler boats.

During last night’s leaders’ debate, Anthony Albanese claimed boat turnbacks were not the Coalition’s policy in 2013.

“Labor has not learnt a lesson from one of its greatest mistakes,” Ben said.

“The audio doesn’t lie, but last night you did – four times.”
