Ben Fordham calls on Premier to prioritise nurses amid ‘buck-passing’

Ben Fordham

Ben Fordham has slammed the “buck-passing” over the demands of exhausted nurses across the state.

Thousands of healthcare workers will walk off the job this Thursday.

Nurses are seeking improved staff to patient ratio and pay rises.

Ben Fordham Live has attempted to contact the NSW Health Minister’s office for answers, with no luck.

As the Premier returns to work after a period of parental leave, Ben says he needs to make nurses the priority.

“Nurses deserve our support,” Ben said.

“They have been to hell and back during coronavirus.

“We need to give them more than ‘thanks’.”
