Ben Fordham has slammed Aged Care Services Minister Richard Colbeck for attending a cricket match on the same day he declined to attend a COVID-19 committee hearing earlier this month.

Ben says it was “disgraceful” of the Minister to decline, claiming diverting time and resources away from the outbreak response would “impact the urgent and critical work the department is undertaking”, while he instead attended three days of the Ashes.

“He’s a walking disaster,” Ben declared.

“Prime Minister you’ve got a dud on your hands … his time at the crease should be over.”
