Former Queensland Premier Peter Beattie admits there is a big task ahead to convince Australians, particularly Queenslanders, of supporting The Voice.

The Voice has proven to be a prickly subject for Labor, despite its stranglehold over mainland Australian governments. Beattie believes there’s definitely been problems on the campaign trail.

Look, I think it’s in a bit of trouble. And I know in Queensland, for example, I do have a battle on my hands”, he admitted to Chris O’Keefe.
