Australians struggle to redeem billions of dollars in flight credits
Australians are calling out the hurdles they face to redeem more than $1.3 billion in travel credits.

Aviation Writer Robyn Ironside told Chris O’Keefe the procedures airlines have put in place to redeem credits are completely unnecessary.
“It’s mindboggling, they really are making it as difficult as possible.”
