A recent discovery has raised eyebrows over a packet of Australian-made Honey Macadamias sold at Woolworths.

The product, clearly labelled as “Product of Australia,” also includes the curious disclaimer: “sorted in China.”

CEO and founder of Bring Back Australia, Michael Durgeon, told Chris O’Keefe that this highlights the complex reality of modern supply chains.

“We need to have a sit-down and a proper chat about this,” he said.
