Bailey Seamer is walking 5000km along the east coast of Australia for mental health.

Her trek across three states started on May 18 in support of the Black Dog Institute.

The 23-year-old told Ben Fordham living with bipolar disorder is what drives her.

“I went through a bit of a crisis in a few different areas of my life… so I had a really big Forrest Gump moment and said ‘that’s it, I’m going to walk’.”
