‘Arrogance and stupidity’: Jim Wilson calls out Optus over cyber attack response
It’s more than a fortnight since the Optus cyber attack crisis began, and Jim Wilson has had enough with the telco’s response in helping affected customers.
“Optus has offered pathetic customer service, and it’s a terrible case study of how not to manage a crisis,” Jim said.
“It’s been a reactive strategy, they’ve been slow to make positive change, and they simply have failed the customer.
“Millions of Australians have been affected, and as we go to air, Optus has done two-fifths of stuff-all to make it up to them!”
