18-time Olympic gold medallist Ariarne Titmus joined Sports Today to discuss the release of her new book “Relentless” and life after competing at the highest level for many years.

“I don’t think I’ll ever get the itch again, but there are certainly aspects of swimming and competing that I do really miss,” Titmus said.
