A north shore Mcdonald’s has drawn the ire of health officials.

A plan to add a new drive-through lane at a Mcdonald’s in Cremorne, to increase customer capacity, is raising concerns.

The Northern Sydney Local Health District says the proposal is unlikely to result in “positive population health outcomes” and is raising obesity rate concerns.

“Who are you to tell us what to do?” Ben said.

“Talk about overreach. Here we have a local area health district trying to tell Ronald McDonald how to run their drive-through. Can someone please tell them to stay in their lane?”
