Questions have been raised over whether vaccine passports are legal.

Once NSW reaches 70 per cent vaccinations only the double jabbed will be allowed into venues.

Monash University Discrimination Law Lecturer Liam Elphick told Chris Smith vaccine mandates are not discriminatory.

“No jab, no entry policies tend to generally be reasonable at the moment.

“The law is certainly in favour of mandates right now.”
