The Bureau of Meteorology wants us to ditch the BoM in favour of their full name or, better yet, the Bureau.

Ben Fordham has never used the moniker, but from now on the weather bureau will be known as the BoM on Ben Fordham Live.

The Bureau of Meteorology has been working on the $70,000 rebrand for a year.

“Are these people crazy?” Ben said, “Because it sounds like it.”

“I’ll tell you your biggest problem, BoM…”
