An anti-Nationals organisation is looking to take on the party at the upcoming NSW and federal elections.

The group, Anyone But Nats, has $60,000 to its name and wants to disrupt the National Party’s chances this year.

It’s particularly looking to unseat former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce.

The Nationals suffered from several scandals last year, including explosive ‘sugar daddy’ allegations made about a senior Nationals MP.

Anyone But Nats co-founder Rohan Boehm believes the Nationals are out of touch with voters.

“It became clear to me and many others it was time for them to move on and time for us to get some local people who will represent their country constituents properly,” he tells Deborah Knight.
