The St George Illawarra Dragons coach Anthony Griffin has silenced critics after winning against the Titans on Sunday.

One of the players that really impressed everyone this season was Tyrell Sloan.

The Dragons coach Anthony Griffin told Mark Levy and Paul Gallen that the young NRL rising star will hopefully play more.

“It’s always a little hard for young guys to come out of the 19’s which he did and in the first go and to his credit he’s really put his head down in the off-season and worked really hard,” Anthony said.

“His performance didn’t surprise me, he’s going really well on and off the field.”
