Shadow Treasurer, Angus Taylor, has voiced his thoughts on the appointment of moderate, Mark Speakman, as the new NSW Liberal Party leader.

The only Liberal government in Australia is the Tasmanian Government, which is also moderate in its views, with members being very vocal in their support for the Voice, which is opposite to the federal Liberal’s stance.

“What’s crucial for the Liberal Party is that we focus on our core values and beliefs,” Angus Taylor told Deborah Knight.

“The party room will get behind Mark, I’m sure.”
