‘An activist, not a politician’: Greens Senator stripped of position after disgraceful comment
A Greens Senator has been stripped of her position after three controversial incidents this week.
Earlier, Greens Senator Lidia Thorpe told Liberal Hollie Hughes that she at least kept her legs shut during a debate in the senate.
She’s now been removed from her position in the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights.
“She’s an activist, not a politician,” Ben said.
