Ben Fordham & Mark Levy

Legendary broadcaster Doug Mulray is being remembered as always entertaining and the quintessential funny guy.

The 71-year-old had been undergoing treatment for liver cancer.

Andrew Denton worked alongside “Uncle Doug” on Triple M as the ” Boy wonder from Indoor cricket”.

He’s told Ben Fordham Mulray he was a natural on the air.

“He was an absolute original, what a career and what a life.”

Denton also told Ray Hadley that “Dougy was a complex man”, while they both reminisced on the life of Mulray this morning.

“He was such a good performer that he didn’t seek any other outlet, he knew his own soul and I respect that,” said Denton.
