It’s World Water Day and campaigners are voicing concerns about the impact of coal seam gas exploration.

Adani’s proposed Carmichael coal mine has also been accused of threatening essential water resources.

Queensland-born actor and campaigner Michael Caton tells Alan, clean water is being threatened by coal seam gas exploration.

“CSG is not going anywhere and we should leave it exactly where it is until the science is good enough to get it out.”

The Castle star is leading a protest against the controversial mining practice at midday on Saturday, meeting at Martin Place.
