‘A whole lot of hot air’: Chris O’Keefe on poker machine reform

Chris O'Keefe

The Minns Labor Government will introduce a mandatory 12-month cashless gaming trial in NSW at the beginning of July.

Labor will also reduce cash feed-in limits to $500 per machine for all new poker machines.

“I have always consistently backed Minns’ proposal to trial cashless gaming before a mandatory rollout,” said Chris O’Keefe.

“However, poker machines are not within the top 100 issues facing our voters at the moment.”
