Retail chains, including Spotlight, will punish staff who haven’t been vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine.

Ben Fordham Live has been contacted by senior sources at Spotlight, revealing the company won’t offer Christmas bonuses to employees who haven’t been vaccinated.

An email sent to staff stated, “For those of you who are otherwise eligible for festive bonus this year, in order to both ensure that you now qualify and that it is processed early, please provide your manager with confirmation of your vaccination status.” (See full email below)
