Regulator cracks down on water theft

It’s been a busy six months for Grant Barnes after he was appointed as the Chief Regulatory Officer for the New South Wales Water Regulator.

His office is currently investigating 541 cases of water theft from across the entire state.

This week the regulator has been meeting with farmers in Dubbo.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with Grant Barnes.
