On a dark night in Afghanistan in 2010 when the Blackhawk helicopter skimmed the landscape on a night raid. Sitting next to the open door was Sergeant Peter Rudland. Next thing Peter remembers is waking up in hospital in Germany. This week he will compete in the Invictus Games in Cycling and Wheelchair Rugby. Peter shared his story with John and Erin.
