Public servants are being forced to take part in training on white privilege, with some fearing they’ll lose their job if they refuse.

Australian Conservatives leader Cory Bernardi has exposed the Aboriginal cultural awareness training being forced onto South Australia bureaucrats.

It comes months after a new code of conduct for nurses referenced the exact same term, ‘white privilege’.

Senator Bernardi tells Ben Fordham “it’s just absurd” and an “inherently racist policy”.

He says staffers are being expected “to acknowledge ongoing government policies are basically racist”.
