If you’ve been to a pub in the past month odds are you’ve seen the campaign Parma for a Farmer.
It has seen venues donate one dollar from every parmigiana sold to the Buy a Bale Campaign.
Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with the person behind the idea, Amanda Kingross.
