Farmers want travel times to new airport slashed
Reducing travel time to three hours from Central West New South Wales to Sydney’s new airport is hoped to become a reality by the time its operational.
It currently takes about five hours to make the two-hundred kilometre journey, which could end up costing producers premium prices.
Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with New South Wales Farmers Chief Economist Ash Salardini.
