Member for Hunter and Shadow Minister for Rural & Regional Australia Joel Fitzgibbon talk to Alan about the NuCoal mess in the Hunter Valley.

NuCoal had its Doyle’s Creek mining licence confiscated by the state government, which Alan says was based off inaccurate information provided by ICAC.

Mr Fitzgibbon says his local constituents have lost a lot of money investing in the local mining project.
