One man is dead and two of his colleagues have been seriously injured.

Emergency services were called to the Auburn factory this morning.

NSW Ambulance Superintendent Paul Turner tells Ben Fordham the men became stuck while cleaning an ink vat.

“Two of the men are currently being treated for lower leg fractures and injuries. They are in a stable condition in Westmead Hospital.

“Unfortunately the third person deteriorated at the scene and is deceased.”

Rescue crews are still working to recover the body of the deceased man from inside the ink tank.
