Ford driving skills for life program
Top marks to Ford this week for announcing its Driving Skills for Life program will tour the country for the third year – the program, designed to help train new and young drivers, will this year incorporate pedestrian and cyclist awareness training. 15 per cent of all deaths on Australian roads in the 12 months to July this year were cyclists and pedestrians and the speciality training is designed to educate hundreds of young and older Australians about the importance of sharing the road. The Sydney program for the Ford Driving Skills for Life program will take place on Saturday 21 October at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek over two sessions. If you’re a young or an inexperienced driver, and importantly, there’s no age limit this year, you can apply on the Driving Skills for Life website
It’s free to register so make a booking for yourself or your teenage kids.
