Energy Minister Chris Bowen has conceded the Snowy Hydro project could cost taxpayers more than $25 billion.

Shadow Energy Minister Dan Tehan has called for Chris Bowen to resign, telling 2GB Drive the cost blowout is unacceptable.

“He should go, it’s unbelievable,” Willis said.
