2GB Drive host James Willis has slammed the government’s decision to launch criminal investigations into Australian soldiers, including Ben Roberts-Smith, saying it is a “national embarrassment”. 

“The worst call in recent history by our government by a long way was to launch criminal investigations into our soldiers. I have been utterly appalled by it,” Willis said.

“Shame on everyone involved in this unforgivable chapter.”
