Newly released footage by the NSW Police has left Clinton Maynard furious.

The footage depicts an alleged group of people walking towards the Anzac War Memorial before it is defaced.

“We’re allowed to walk around freely around Sydney’s CBD … because Aussie men and women died fighting for that freedom that we have, for our democratic way of life, and it sickens me when I see people spit on that legacy,” he said.
