Clinton Maynard has revealed why protesters are unfortunately wasting their time trying to combat domestic violence.

He says the sentencing of the man who killed Molly Ticehurst has not received enough attention, and the magistrates are not listening to the outrage.

“This piece of dirt … he could be out of prison by the time he is 50; we are not serious,” he said.

“The standard non-parole period for any murder is 20 years, when you take someone’s life, you shouldn’t see the light of death again,” he added.
