A teenage girl has been stabbed multiple times outside a school in Blacktown this afternoon.

NSW Police have confirmed the 17-year-old girl had no affiliation with the school but sought help while at least six alleged offenders fled.

A NSW Police spokesperson says emergency services attended the location following reports of a brawl.

Officers have also been told that a car possibly linked to the brawl was last seen driving north along Lancaster Street.
