Clinton Maynard has been left fuming after Anika Wells posted a social media video comparing the housing market to ooshies.

He says bungled government policy has led to Sydney facing its biggest property downturn in 40 years.

“But the Ooshies comparison, that shows how seriously she really takes these issues,” he said.
