The new NSW Blues coach Matt King has confirmed how he’ll approach competing against his friend and Maroons coach, Billy Slater.

He’s told Sports Today host Adam Hawse that his friendship can coexist.

“We’ll turn into a pair of savages, to be completely honest, and we’ll go up against each other,” he said on Sports Today.
