Josh Morris has weighed in on the news Jarome Luai will be heading to Parramatta after the Tigers released him from his contract early.

He’s pointed out to Adam Hawse on 2GB Sports Today that there’ll be blowback if Luai goes on to have a great season at the Eels.

‘Of course there will [be blowback] … that’s the risk they’re taking,” he said.

‘They’ve drawn a line in the sand, ‘If he won’t be part of our future, then let’s invest in our future, and get someone else in there’,’ he added.
