‘There’s consequences’ – Mal Lanyon’s message to young teenagers
NSW Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon says the police are doing everything they can to fight international criminals who are hiring young teenagers on the cheap to carry out criminal acts.
He’s conceded that the police are facing a difficult challenge as increasingly younger teenagers are drawn towards the promise of quick profit.
‘That is really the challenge that we’re facing with this type of organised crime environment,” he told Clinton Maynard.
