Michael McLaren has unpacked tonight’s budget and has revealed the four key factors that are too good for the Albanese government to resist.

His comments come as leaked snippets and previous announcements regarding the budget prove it will be reformative only on paper.

“Up until now, one or more barriers have been put in their way to prevent the kind of agenda Jim Chalmers will outline tonight,” he said.
