NSW’s new anti-protest laws have been dismantled by the Supreme Court, sparking a debate over public order and constitutional rights.

David Elliott joined 2GB Sydney Now with Lucy Zelić to discuss the ruling, saying “the money that’s been spent on maintaining law and order when these protests occur is money taken away from school kids and hospitals”.
