An international relations and economics expert from KPMG has provided insight into Australians response regarding the ongoing US-Iran conflict and it’s impact.

Jon Berry has told Michael McLaren the fear of a supply problem is enough to trigger hoardingĀ  even if there are no underlying factors to support it.

“What history tells us is when people have a recent lived experience of high inflation or of shortages of things that they need. They respond even more strongly with that kind of psychological effect,” he said.
