Independent MP for the seat of Fowler Di Lee has reflected on the opportunities moving to Australia as a refugee after fleeing war-torn Vietnam.

Speaking to Clinton Maynard on 2GB Sydney Now she says she identifies as Australian.

“I chose to come here. My family chose to come to this country and we have made it our home,” she said.
