Willis: How Sydney’s housing crisis could be solved
2GB Summer Breakfast host James Willis has shared his assessment of New South Wales’ housing crisis and how he believes it could be fixed.
Noting the immense pressure builders face to build houses quickly and “wafer-thin” margins, Willis has pointed to Sydney’s population figures and migration numbers as a possible solution.
“My argument today is not about race, it’s about numbers. And every new visa holder needs a place to live, and if we were fair dinkum about fixing our housing solution, then migration must be addressed immediately,” he said.
