Michael McLaren has labelled the targeting of Jewish Australians since October 7 as a “terrifying example” of the country’s deep-seated animosity.

He says the way some have managed to “defy logic” and direct hate toward Jewish citizens is an acute lack of intellectual rigour and highlights the urgent need for a retrospective look at inter-generational animosity in non-Anglo communities.
