‘Needs to go’ – Shadow Treasurer on super tax pause
The Opposition is urging the Albanese Government to formally announce whether its dumping its superannuation tax.
The government may double the tax on super earnings above 3 million dollars.
But the Financial Review reports the measure may be adjusted, or scrapped altogether.
Shadow Treasurer Ted O’Brien has told Michael McLaren, it just “needs to go”.
